BILLING QUESTIONS
Before you choose a size.
How is the collection size counted?
By the number of book copies in your catalogue. E-books and e-journals you subscribe to do not count toward the limit.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Choose a plan to keep working with the same data. If you do not continue, the trial simply ends and you can export your records.
Is RFID hardware included in the price?
No. Plans cover the software. RFID Gate works with standards-based hardware you buy or already own, and we help you choose it.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up when your collection grows or you add RFID and e-books. The change applies from your next billing period.
Do you offer pricing for a group of schools?
Yes. The Encyclopaedia plan covers networks of schools, colleges and public library branches with one union catalogue.
